This one is tough but I'll give it a go....
This Season:
Fleury
Murray/Dubnyk
Holtby
Future (2-3 years):
Holtby
Murrary/Fleury
Dubnyk
A lot of people giving up on Holtby (again), but I'm not one of them. Maybe I'm wrong, we'll see.
How would you rank these 4 goalies for this season and in the future? Goalies are so hard to predict. Holtby seems to have been struggling for a season and a half already and i'm not sure which direction he is going.

I agree with DusterDave that you have to rank goalies for ROS and then again for the future because the position is so unpredictable. In-season I rank goalies based on their latest results, their team situation and talent. In the off-season, it's talent, team situation and latest results.
So with that in mind, for this year, Fleury is the clear best option here. I like Holtby next because the net is clearly his even if he's having trouble right now. His 2nd half should be better. Then Murray and Dubnyk together with Dubnyk the safer bet and Murray the high upside.
For the future, I think Holtby is still the best bet with Murray second. Then Dubnyk and Fleury. As great as Fleury is, I don't believe he keeps this up for more than maybe one other season.
