    I didn't see a thread on this, so I figured I would post it in case someone missed the news.

    Minnesota Wild acquire defenseman Brad Hunt and 2019 sixth-round pick from Vegas Golden Knights in exchange for 2019 conditional fifth-round pick.

    Writer of the weekly Top 10 column.

    12-team Keeper pool, straight points for forwards & dmen. Goalies get: 2 points per win, 3 per shutout, 1 point per assist & 1 point per shootout loss.

    League champ in 2013, 2015, 2018, 2020 and 2022.

    Top 8 forwards, 5 dmen and 2 goalies count.

    We keep 15 players (any position) plus two rookies.

    Forwards: Panarin, Ovechkin, Kopitar, Stamkos, Tuch, Rust, Marchessault, Pavelski, Miller, Bertuzzi, Stone, Kakko, Brown, Stankoven, Kovalenko
    Defence: Hedman, Fox, Matheson, Thrun, Jiricek
    Goalies: Kochetkov, Talbot, Vasilevskiy, Campbell, Schmid

    Good move for Minnesota. Flawed player but over the past three years combined he's been on pace for 36 points over 82 games. There's value here even if he's not an every game player. He can produce in a sheltered role.

    Hmm depth due to Dumba injury lasting longer than originally thought, and the result pulling everyone's minutes too high? Apparently per Pierre McGuire there were tons of pro scouts at the Vegas game, including five from Minnesota...

    I agree it's clearly depth to help with Dumba's absence but I don't think it has anything to do with his return date.

    I thought there was recent-ish news indicating he’d be out longer than expected. If he was due back soon I don’t think they make this move. Very minor move anyway.

    Hunt is going to play and will be on PP2 until Dumba returns which may not be for a while still. He could be a sneaky waiver wire pick up for deep leagues.
