I don't think any of the lower playoff teams in the West are good enough to go on a long run. In the Pacific, I think SJ comes out, and in the Central, I think NSH takes this year's coin flip with WPG. SJ's shaky goaltending and the Preds' depth takes over taking them to the finals.
In the East, I think there's TBay, and then everyone else. However, if the playoffs started today, they would have to go through Pittsburgh, Toronto, and Washington, just to get out of the East. That's a gauntlet, and I think they fall to Washington as a result.
