b)W.Nylander + Butcher
c)K. Connor + Montour

I think Debrincat is better than Nylander, but just by a little. Connor is good, but I put him in an echelon just below those two.
For D, I like Montour, but Butcher isn't as bad as we're seeing now. Maatta is almost worthless.
Given all this, I'd go with B.

Of the 6, I think Montour and DeBrincat are the best right now; Butcher and Nylander have the most potential. Overall, I think the 3 forwards are generally pretty close, but Maatta is way behind Montour and Butcher. And I'm a Pens fan. DeBrincat is probably the safest bet though, so if you're loaded at defense, maybe option A is appealing. C feels pretty safe, but I always worry about Connor's deployment.
Ultimately, I probably go with B for the best upside.

Agree with the others about Maatta being so poor he negates that pairing.
I slightly prefer C no matter which forward is in it.

Yeah, I think Guentzel puts C over the top. It's still close though long term IMO.
And again, gotta add the caveat that a Pens fan lol
