4 teams make playoffs. 5 teams really in contention with the top 3 essentially locked in already. So i'm battling with one guy for the final spot. The guy that offered the trade is one of the top 3 teams.

I don't think this really helps you, Keith is lower in ATOI than both of your D. Benn isn't having the kind of season to warrant scorched-earthing your D

Yeah I'm not big on this one either. You're gaining another forward forcing you to bench more and arguably giving up your two best D players for your blue line scoring. If you're high on Benn turning it around perhaps look to swap out Ellis for someone like like Saad or Anderson?
