Trade Lindholm or Kessel for Price?
Hi all.. Team in sig.
I've been going back and forth with this GM.. I'm hoping to shore up my G.
The GM wants either E. Lindholm or Kessel for Price.
Would you make this move? I'll probably drop Thachuk or Howard.

Don't really understand this - why would you need to drop anyone if you made a one-for-one trade?
It's a one year league and you definitely need help at goal. I'd be more included to move Kessel, and to keep the multi-position Lindholm.
As an aside, are goalies like Binnington or Delia available on the wire?

I have to drop a player to activate Rakell. Will drop Thachuk.
Agree that Kessel should be the one to go. I hope Lindholm will keep it up though.
Binnington and Delia are gone but I don't see them as long terms solution.. Especially if STL decides to fire sell and if Allen picks it up.

Sorry for bringing this back up again. Got the offer.. Price for my Lindholm. Does it make sense pulling the trigger? I'm thinking I can probably drop Lundqvist for a quality backup like Copley, Ullmark, Saros and just aim for quality start over quantity.
Lindholm though does contribute in like 7 categories vs Price's 4...
Any feedback will be great.. not sure what to do!

Well I don't think you can look at it like that, 7 v. 4 categories. Are you losing in all 4 goalie cats frequently? Then that is an area for improvement. In a one year I would make this move and drop Hart. Price will get the bulk of starts, Lundqvist and Howard you can spot start for favourable matchups
