Is it (long past) time to dump Mike Smith? I've already had to dump Talbot... I'm in 2nd, 2 points out of 1st, so I want to make a push and I have Rakell ready to come off the IR... My other option is to drop Delia, but his peripherals (# of SVs + good SV%) have been helpful of late.
Before too long, I imagine I'll be down to just Vas, Rittich, and Howard as my goalies, with Elliott waiting in the wings. Right now, I'm about on pace for Games Played at the goalie position (just a little under, but that has a lot to do with Vas's injury and my decision to bench Talbot and Smith for long stretches).

No issue dropping Smith. I did it last week. He's worth monitoring in free agency but not worth rostering in a lot of leagues.

Drop Smith, no one will pick him up till he does something. Dropped him twice this year. When I had him, he was only a drain on my stats.

Hmm. I think my next post will be, 'what's Rittich's value long-term?'
Tarasenko and Benn have been keepers for me for years, but if things continue as they have been, it will be hard to justify keeper either of them after this year, and that will leave me with some decisions to make.
