Questioning why a thread was created (by me) that you've now commented on 3 times (all directed negatively at me without adding anything to the topic) + not knowing what a personal insult is = negative rep from MZac

Basic math. Hopefully we can move on.

Back on topic - makes more sense if he was asked to bring his medal. Would be great if it was returned.

Why in the literal f would you bring it to a club? Boneheaded move. Call a cab and go drop it off at the hotel first. It's not like you get forced to go to the Roxy.

    To get laid, obviously.

Random anecdote: when I was a teenager, my barber's son was good friends with Tyler Seguin because they played for Plymouth together. They remain good friends, and my barber said that when his son went to visit Tyler in Boston, he'd let him borrow his Stanley Cup ring so he could pretend he was on the Bruins and use it to meet girls at clubs.

I got a replica Ducks Stanley Cup ring from a case of beer once and this did NOT work for me...

How about, why did someone take a gold medal that doesn't belong to them? It means a lot to the person who earned it and nothing but what, cash value, to the person who took it?

I much prefer a thread bashing the person who stole it rather than the person who had his personal effects stolen, even if I don't particularly like Jeff O'Neill.

I don't even think a world junior gold medal from 20 years ago has much cash value...

They stole a computer bag, probably without knowing there was a gold medal in it.

I still maintain, how about we shame the thief regardless of what he or she stole? I would hang thieves like this from the highest tree.
