Here’s what I sent in.. defence I found to be very easy (I will be wrong no doubt), goalies I just went with who I figure to be the starter on the teams I feel are most likely to go deep. Forwards were somewhat of a crap shoot for some of them..

I didn’t load up on CAN this year, what was i thinking. Also have Hayton and wish i put in Frost but game 2 it could be Hayton with a mega point night.

Yeah I am thinkin' the same thing. A lot of the skilled guys went all out vs. a very, very weak Danish team trying to pump their numbers in the opening game. It won't be so easy vs. the Czechs (I'm thinking CAN wins by ~5) and the other big squads (USA, FIN, SWE, RUS) going forward... Comtois will need to keep leading by example and push our other, grittier, 2-way players to step up when the going starts to get tough and the PP will definitely need keep rolling when it starts to matter and come up clutch in the tighter games.

It was definitely a great first day for the WJC. Looking forward to more today!

Indeed, working on it now. Opened up to 41 unread e-mails and I have a few PM's in here, so this might be the busiest one yet... let's see how long this goes. I'll post the link once I'm done. Hoping within the next hour or two.
