Hall vs Landeskog

Have been offered my Hall for Landeskog. Ive been interested in acquiring another member of the COL line for some time, however Im just looking for some advice on if I should really move Hall. Yahoo Keep 5 (3 F, 1D, 1G or 2D).

Categories are: G, A, PPP, SOG, FOW, HITS, BLKS, W, SAVES, SV%

Hall is ranked 76th and Landeskog 6th in this format. Can you see Landy sustaining this type of production ROS and for the next couple years if I were to keep him? Mack + Landy would be a nice combo moving forward. Any advice would be great!!

I was offered the same trade. I told the guy kindly no thank you. I'll keep enjoying the extreme success I'm having with Landeskog and Rantanen on my team. I think you should jump on it. I think its going to be a crazy down year for him and the devils.

Hall is worth a lot more than Landeskog in keeper leagues in my opinion.

Tough one here. Still may have to go Hall. It's points from here on out that matter...Landy has been crazy hot but I think that line eventually comes back to earth even as the top line in the league. Right now it's too good to maintain almost. Hall should have a great second half to make up for the first half.

Just me personally I usually like to spread out my forwards. Because you're in a H2H if Colorado has a two game week all of a sudden you lost some man games for you two top guys.

I would say no for that and I think Hall will be better for points down the back half

I agree with the above. It is most likely that Landeskog's current value and fantasy output is so heavily dependent on playing with McKinnon and Rantanen that with Rant now injured those numbers will drop a bit. Landeskog never produced these kind of numbers and he had enough opportunity. So as long as he plays with those 2 he is a great choice, but it's unlikely he stays with those 2 his whole career or who even knows what next year will bring.

Hall is far less dependent upon linemates and he is a much better player IMO. Especially for fantasy. If I owned Landeskog right now I would be trying to trade him for a real top 10 player like MacKinnon or something. But Hall could work too. I think I would try squeezing every bit of value out of the Hall owner though and ride this Landeskog value. The way he's playing it wouldn't be crazy to ask for a good prospect or something along with Hall.

But yea, IMO, in dynasty and keeper, Landeskog needs to be sold this season and soon. I doubt these numbers become the norm for him. Hall is definitely underperforming atm. So I think it's the perfect storm for you to milk the Hall owner and get rid of the hot potato Landeskog.

Hall but close. Landeskog is more of a product of a line where, Hall is an MVP and could carry any line

Hall pretty easy for me. Landy product of line. Hall is the line whatever line mates he gets.
