Default Help! Biggest Offer I’ve Ever Received

    League in my signature.

I currently undefeated on the season. This offer just came to my inbox:

My Hellebuyck, Gaudreau and the worst of my 5 1st rounders FOR Bobrovsky, Tarasenko, Kyle Conner and a 4th.

How should I counter? I don’t like Connor and would like to replace him with Zibanejad or PLD. Does any of this sound good?

Rep to whoever can help me make sense of this.

Not sure why you would really consider this. Helle is better than Bob, Gaudreau is better than Tank, and your first will be much better than a 4th. Connor (or even PLD/Zibs) does not make up the difference.

Ok. I always counter so I was just thinking that Hellebuyck and Gaudreau (category-killer in Hits and blocks) would be close to Bobrovsky, Tarasenko and one of (Zibanejad or PLD).

I guess I will straight up decline...

I usually counter too, but I don't see much here.
Tank isn't great in peripherals either, and isn't scoring.

Maybe Gaudreau for Tank, Zibs and a pick?

I wouldn't even do that tbh, Johnny hockey is the best player in this deal by a decent margin and giving him up for a few brink keepers isn't something I'd consider.

Question for the OP - Who does the offering GM have at RW outside of Tank?
    16 Team - Keep 5 - H2H Points
    Start: 2C/2LW/2RW/4D/2G - 4Bench
    G/A(1.25) STP(1.5) GWG(3) SOG(0.25) H(0.2) Blks(0.25) +/-(0.25) PIM(0.1) FOW(0.1)

    C: Malkin, Kopitar, Hartman, Johansen
    LW: Ovechkin, Pacioretty, Barbashev (C)
RW: Rust, Mangiapane (LW), Rodrigues (LW)
D: DeAngelo, Karlsson, Faulk, Morrisey, Myers
G: A. Forsberg, Price, Reimer, Holtby

DeBrincat, Hoffman, Laine, Hertl, Granlund, W. Nylander, Tarasenko and Tuch are all his RW eligible players.

So you're currently undefeated. Why make changes if the changes don't make you better?

Keep rolling and let the others keep scrambling and chasing you.

You could counter with something along the lines of Helle & Gaudreau for Bob, Laine & PLD which hurts a little in net, but you upgrade your RW significantly as well as get a good LW replacement in PLD. I'd leave the picks out of it though.

At the end of the day, I think I'm with Axe on this. Unless you're a clear winner in the trade I'm not sure I'd make a move being in the position you're in.

I wouldn't make this deal or even really bother looking at countering it. Johnny hockey is better than tank point production wise and given his surroundings his team will be better. Also Hele > Bob. Hele is on a more stable and better team situation. On top of it all, he's younger.
14 team head to head, 7 keepers

F - Matthews, Marner, McDavid, Debrincat, Thomas, Jeannot, Vilardi, Zegras, Guentzel, Zibanejad
D - Dahlin, Bouchard, Lauzon, Durzi,. Chychrun
    G - Samsonov, Gustavsson, Askarov

16 team head to head, 15 keepers
G, A, PPP, SOG, Hit, Block, W, GAA, SV, SV%
    2C, 2LW, 2RW, 1F, 4D, 1 Utility, 2G
F - McDavid, Tavares, Kucherov, Meier, Duchene, Foerster P. Kane, Pastrnak, R. Smith, Forsberg, Poitras, W. Johnston

D - Josi, Reilly, Faber, Matheson, Nemec,
