i think both is the correct answer.
The situation seems to get more complexed as the season goes along.
Years past Rask would eventually take command of the crease after his documented slow starts but it doesn’t seem to be the case this campaign. Rask has picked up the last couple weeks but Halak is there going shot-for-shot, even 1-upping him with the latest being a shutout today.
So yea how will this goalie thing turn out. Is it a 1A/1B aka 50/50 split? Is there a clear front runner? Is it as simple as the Bruins will go with the hot hand? Or will it be a 60/40 split in favour of one of them?
...I’m asking as I own Rask in my league and someone dropped Halak a few days ago. Not sure if I should drop Rask for Halak or keep Rask and add Halak having both the B’s netminders (handicap them). Would appreciate some thoughts and takes!
i think both is the correct answer.
Yes what youre looking for is the goalie handcuff and if Halak is available, and you start goalies daily rather than weekly, you need that handcuff.
