DeSmith or Rittich?
There seem to be a lot of "_______ or Rittich" posts in here already, but let me throw this one out there. Both seem to be in similar situations: outplaying a more highly paid, underperforming, and often injured preseason starter. Who gets more starts going forward?
This would be for the first team in my sig (points-based), thinking of dropping DeSmith for Rittich.

It's really, really close. I give the goalie edge to DeSmith and the team edge to the Flames (duh.)
As a Murray owner, perhaps I am clouded by the undying necessity to handcuff that slob. I also trust Smith more than Murray ROS.

I believe Calgary has more belief in Smith then Pittsburgh does in Murray right now. Desmith is my choice here.

I agree with the previous posts, Smith has been decent Murray not so much.
