Should this trade pass?

In one of my 12 team standard Yahoo leagues the following trade was proposed and accepted:

Kucherov for O'Reilly & Klingberg. The owner of the team receiving Klingberg is dropping Hanifin.

I felt it was a little too one sided but wanted to hear a few other thoughts.

I wouldn't pay much attention to the "no veto unless collusion" crowd. Most of those people are so philosophically biased that they aren't able to put themselves in your shoes...

In order to comment, I'd need to know a few more things:

1) Is this a money league or free league?
2) Does your league have a veto system? If so, what it is?
3) Have any trades in your league been vetoed this year?
4) Do you suspect collusion is possible, or just a GM making a bad trade?

How about Kucherov and Barkov for Brady Tkachuk after Tkachuks first 4 games? Is that vetoable?

This is a good example of the pitfalls of applying your own player value when attempting to try and judge a trade. Barkov and a prospect doesn't look like good value for the Kucherov owner, but it aint that bad right now. Two point per game players for one 1.3 ppg player.

?? You may want to re-read the trade because this is a good example of the pitfalls of not reading properly.

You dont think your example is why you shouldn't try to use your own player value to judge a trade? Read it four times now. Still feel the same.
