Assuming a one year league, I prefer Wheeler - mostly due to his supporting cast being a lot stronger than Eichels. Skinners S% is likely to regress which should slow down Eichel a bit but he is on the verge of becoming elite. He might be able to offset this with his 7% S% going back towards his career 9.3%. His PDO is ~40 too high also. Eichel does have a history of injuries.
