Give up on Provorov?

Would you drop Provorov from my team, given my league settings, for any of the following? I’m starting to give up hope that he’ll turn into what he was last season. Or would you hold for a bit longer? Thanks

Definitely hold on to him - he's so talented and Philly is in for a shakeup of some kind...he'll be fine.

Id keep him also. Gostesbehere ha s about 12 pts after 65 last year so its a team thing that probably wont get solved until next year.

I'm having the same issue. I have to drop one of my D men soon (or today) to activate Nylander and am planning to drop Provorov, I guess I could consider dropping Faulk but I really like having his shot totals and PP1 time (even though it's not turning into points at the moment).

Provorov is the 86th ranked defenceman. There are so many 'better' defencemen sitting on the waiver wire. I feel like I am holding onto the 'name' rather than trying to roster the best numbers. So far I have been patient, but for how long...

Exactly my thoughts. I’m holding on to his name and past performance/potential as well (had him last year and loved owning him).

I’m surprised Green hasn’t gotten much love, he’s by far outproduced Prov so far. In pretty much every category outside of blocks, and hits are kinda close. Going forward you think Provorov should get the upper hand?

I have him in both of my leauges, and I have been contemplating this for a while now too. I may have dropped him a week or two ago, but after they fired their GM I wanted to wait and see what it would do to the team (on the ice) and whether the coach will change as well since their heads have been flying.

And based on your options I would keep him. Maybe dangle him for a trade but his stock is low at the moment.

Mike Green. He's got 16 points in 20 games right now, averaging ~ 2.5 SOG, 1.5 Hits, and 1+ Blk per game. Get in on that while it lasts.
