Any goalie can be good in a short sample size, and he was good enough to make the NHL.

Based on the intent of your question though, he's not going to be your goalie saviour of the future.

So.. he is good. The only goal St Louis scored on him was a deflection and he made a number of big saves. I like what I see but I've also seen Arizona become a different team with the Schmaltz trade. Him and Keller are ripping it up. OEL looks more poised. The team looks a bit better defensively. The wins aren't all Hill, as the team is playing well. Other argument is that the teams they beat are in trouble. The Wild are in a mini slump, the Preds are severely banged up with their stars out of the lineup, and the Blues are nearly in last place. Like the above poster said, it's a small sample size so too soon to know but I like what I see from the 22 year old kid.

At least they're playing him until he loses. Every goalie deserves that when they are hot

Yep, this run cements him a solid prospect option. I've been churning a dynasty roster for any decent prospect goalie, but couldn't get him.

Any thoughts on his chances to keep number 1 in the meantime?
