Who to drop: Hoffman, Trocheck, Barkov
I need to drop one of those in order to claim Radulov, so I was wondering which one to drop in a points only league with an 80 million salary cap. None of those are keepers

Hoffman from those three would be my choice but I'd like to think there are other possible options.
What does your full roster look like?
FWIW, you can always create a signature (like I have below) and put your team roster and league setup in it. Click on settings up top near the right hand side, then along the side of the settings you will see, edit signature. Click that, create one, and save it. Bob's your uncle.

I actually like the other 3 over Radulov. But Hoffman is pretty close to him for this year in points only league. So if I had to pick one, it would be Hoffman.

I took Fiala since he now plays on the first line with Forsberg and Johansen like in the pre-season. Also, I don't have any good reason to drop either of those since the replacements aren't that good... Correct me if I am wrong but Hoffman is not on the top PP and the other guys are so I would drop Hoffman and he has a history of getting cold and being bumped down to the 3rd line. Not sure if that happens in Florida but I wouldn’t bet against it. I would sell high on him now.

I'd drop konnecky or fiala before Hoffman right now.

I might have not made this clear enough, but I’m currently at 78’122’499/80M, so let’s say I drop Konecny...
I now have 2.77M$ to put on a new player... Radulov cost 6.25M$, so I don’t have enough space for him
