Default My Krug, Lehner + for Laine +

I started a similar thread yesterday, but I over-complicated it and things have changed. Here's the scenario, for the team in my signature:

The offer I proposed is My Krug, Lehner, Eberle & 2019 4th Round pick for His Laine & 2019 7th Round Pick. He wanted to swap Eberle for Radulov. I said absolutely not. He then said if I swap Eberle for Reinhart he'd agree to the deal.

    A couple things:
    - I've won my league 4 years straight, so GMs are not eager to trade with me.
    - I'd like to try to get a couple younger keeper guys on my team.
    - If I don't do this trade, I have to drop one of Reinhart or Eberle to activate Radulov from IR.
    - Laine would replace Krug as my last keeper. None of the other players in the deal would factor into my keepers.

What do you guys advise? Reinhart is starting to heat up since being put back on Eichel's line. Do I try to monkey with the draft picks and include Rienhart, don't mess around and just include Reinhart so I can grab Laine while the offer's on the table, or am I making a mistake?

Krug puts up around 330 points in your format, and I have Laine coming in around 360. Plus you get younger, it's not bad with you essentially replacing Krug with Laine on your keeper list. Although, who do you replace Krug with and who are you using in Laine's spot for now? Which difference is greater? Krug might still be more valuable here.

I don't think it's a good deal for him though as I don't think Lehner is an answer to his goaltending issues.
It's essentially the same situation you were in yesterday, except now Radulov is coming back and you have to drop someone (Eberle) to fit him in.

Given it was so close between Krug (330) and Laine (360) already (depending on replacement level players, Krug may be the better option), I am not adding Reinhart or Radulov, nevermind you're also giving him a pick upgrade in this new deal.

If he doesn't want Eberle, then it's a hard no from me.

This is basically Krug and Reinhart for Laine... Is that a fair?

    - Lehner is traded out but you would grab Rittich from the WW. (looks like you already grabbed Domingue)
    - 4th round vs 7th after everyone has kept 9 players is not a huge difference. Sliding 36 spots at that point in the draft is minimal.

Therefore, Krug and Reinhart for Laine.

    .................
I'm the same as yesterday. Give me a 20-year-old Laine and don't look back.

Your league isn't super-crazy deep, your league is goal-heavy & PPG-heavy and you have stated you wanted to get 'younger keepers'. Laine scored 44 goals last season AS A TEENAGER.

I think you are fiddling while Rome burns. Seriously!

You are being offered Patrick Laine (RW) for the low-low price of Krug and Reinhart in a keeper league. You are going to kick yourself if you pass on this opportunity to improve your keepers just so you can hold onto two replaceable (one of them a non-keeper) players.
