Currently own Dubnyk, Murray and Smith.
Murray and Smith have been getting killed both losing starts to their backups. I have been debating dropping Mike Smith for a streaming hot hand, which currently would be DeSmith. That would lock up all Penguins starts.
Which option is better Smith or DeSmith?

Updated my signature. Currently have Kerfoot and Kapanen as my boderline options. I could add DeSmith and carry 4 but that's a lot of goalies. Maybe I'll consider dumping Kerfoot.Originally Posted by gogoayane

I think either Kerfoot or Kapanen can be dropped. Probably Kerfoot first.
Given your league doesn't count Shot Against.. running 3 goalies should be good enough since Smith ain't winning these days but things might change. Having DeSmith you won't have to worry about losing any PIT starts.

Smith is killing the Flames. Not sure I'd drop him, but I'd hold him and wait to see if he can get his head screwed on straight.

I'd have no issues streaming Desmith and dropping Kerfoot to do it.
