Minor league spot (rep)
Trying to figure out my minor league players.
I can have 2. For now I have Yamamoto.
2nd spot I'm taking Darling out of it (ugh) and will replace that spot with either
Batherson or Borgstrom.
According to Dobbers rankings (taking with a grain of salt)
Borgstrom is at 4 and Batherson is at 35. I'm not judging these two decisions cause I know very little about them but Batherson is 2nd in scoring in the AHL and McGuire was saying he will be elite, he was good at world juniors too. Borgstrom everyone on here is high on. He looks ok in some vids I see...Florida is deep in the top 6. Sens are sorta too but not as much maybe?
Who will be producing in the NHL sooner? I can keep at end of year only one minor leaguer...yamamoto or one of these guys?
Last year I kept Barzal which I thought was sweet.
Who should I pick up and keep mostlikely at end of year.

I like Batherson here as he will have more of an opportunity to be in the top 6 and top power play sooner. Once Stone and or Duchene get traded their won't be much there to work with though. But Tkachuk and White so far have looked promising. Borgstrom I think will be the better player but it will take him longer to get into the top 6 and top power play.

Thanks guys. Tough call. I want the guy that will be awesome next year to be more clear. This year it would be nice to see that they are good...but next year when I chose to keep them is when I'd want them to be studs.

I've since picked up Batherson. Its all about next years production and a bit of this years to give me confidence to CHOOSE between the 3!

Now I am thinking of dropping Yamamoto for Donato. Til we see what he does with a recall. While keeping an eye on Borgstrom. Anyone think it would be wiser just to add Borgstrom or keep Yamamoto for next year?
