My Johansen for Gaudreau

I have an abundance of centers but I seem to have to sit at least one a couple of nights each week.

I've been contemplating trading one of my centers for a LW and was offered Gaudreau for Johansen.

Given the league categories in sig, is this a good trade for me?

Johansen looks like he's finally put it all together and is on pace for a career year, however I think Johnny Hockey is still the better asset.

Gaudreau and its not that close for me. Great move positionally and you get the better player by a decent margin imo.

if it`s for the MC league in your sig. this is much closer than others are saying RYJO gives a solid number of hits and some PIM - neither of which Hockey knows the definition of. RYJO`s also increasing his SOG (finally) Hockey`s not the biggest shooter either.

That said, with your C depth - you can afford to move RYJO to improve your depth on wing.... it`s just not the slam dunk others are calling it. I actually wouldn`t be surprised if your league settings has RYJO ahead of JG at the end of the season - even if JG puts up 90 to RYJO`s 75.

Thanks Everyone! I think I can make up for the lost categories by dropping Hanifin and picking up a dman heavy in a combo of hits/shots/PIMs.

Gaudreau by a landslide

After much deliberation, I decided to hold RyJo for now. I am currently leading the league in Goals, Assists, PPG and PPP.

What I am lacking are the stats that Gaudreau does not contribute to (Hits, PIMs and Blocks) and also need Johansen's FOWs.
