Process of elimination.

I am concerned about Tate's usage in a new system and not having played a game yet. Might limit his targets and I still expect him to be third target behind Ertz and Jeffrey.

I don't like Jackson vs Washington because of Washington's D.

So I would have to go with Cooper here. another week in the system... I think he will be Dak's go-to target.
