Do you trust Woj though? A buddy of mine told me that Woj has a major Clippers bias because he's tight with their upper management.
In any case, I'm excited to find out one way or another and put it all behind us. I think a 2+1 is the best option for the Raps and for Kawhi...get one or two more kicks at the can and then he can go on home to LA to finish out his career.

No 2yr deal was discussed in the meetings. However, we're not supposed to know anything that happened in the meetings (Kawhi's camp wanting silence)... So either a lie, or 1 of the 3 teams leaked it knowing they weren't really a favourite.

Yeah, it's kinda an assumption when it's a superstar that it's a 1and1 when people talk 2yr deals. Still, apparently it hasn't been discussed. Kinda makes sense from a "fear of injury" stance for Kawhi, and the fact he doesn't have to go through all this again. Seems like it's not something he'd be enjoying doing not too far removed from an NBA Championship run.
