I think I'd pass on this deal. OEL would be a nice addition to your D in a multicat setup but Steen as the other piece is meh...and Arvidsson looks pretty good as your 2nd RW so I don't think I'd want to be left with Toffoli/Bjugstad as a third if you start 3 RW.
