That's a deal I would MAYBE consider at the end of the year pending on if I want depth for my keepers, or playoffs etc.
At this point in the season its different. Kucherov is the best player in the deal with highest upside. I stand pat.
I was offered Barkov and Carlson for my Kucherov in my Keep 5 (3F, 2D/1G) Yahoo league.

I?d probably drop Skeji, and Barkov and Carlson would probably be apart of my 5 keepers next season. If this a decent offer or should I stand pat?

I would do that trade. Barkov is up there with Kucherov. He will give you a lot of FOWs( top 10 in the league maybe) point per game and solid sog(like Kucherov) + you are upgrading your D. Not even that, but you are getting 2 keepers for 1. I asume that you are gonna keep Bobrovsky, Carlson, Barkov, MacKinnon and one of Draisaitl, Forsberg and Rakell. That is a solid core.

It is close, but overall I like the offer for you. If you can swallow losing the best player in the deal. Carlson and Barkov are both great keepers and I think it will strengthen your team this season for sure.

Tough to move a top 3 player, but the return is nice. Like Wonko said, if you can swallow moving the best player in the deal in a limited keeper pull the trigger.
Personally though, I'd stand pat because in a keep 5 you're looking for the BEST 5 keepers, and Kucherov makes anyone's list. Barkov/Carlson could be brink keepers depending on the team.
