If you're going for another win this year I can't really see this trade favouring you. Cap space is only favourable if you can do something with it.

Yeah that's a trade I definitely wouldn't do now if you're contending. Is there a waiver pickup available to use that cap space? If not, I'd kick it down the road and reconsider in the offseason if it's still on the table.
Hughes and DeBrincat will be super nice pieces moving forward, but this season you're probably losing a big chunk of points.

If you have a legit chance to win it again, stay the course and keep Seguin and Marner.
It doesn't make much sense to move them, even the age argument is kind of moot here since your players are still in their prime or approaching it.
Points-only keeper league. 12 teams. Keep any 12 players. Dress 12F - 6D - 2G.
