Suter for me. Gardiners PP1 days are over and the leafs don't appear to be balancing their power plays like they have in the past (why would they?). Who knows what Gardiners floor is at this stage but this season I'll take Suter. Don't expect a ton of goals from either, I do think suter gets more points this year.

Suter... that PP1 of Toronto is so lethal most PP's willl end within a minute and unit 2 won't see the ice. Gardiner's in for a solid offensive decline. ... maybe the Leafs should just trade Gardiner for Tanev (instead of Nylander)

Suter quite easily for me. Longer track record, and as said above the PP issue is big for Gardiner. That PP2 is not going to get as many minutes with the PP1 capitalizing at a crazy rate.

Suter for me as well... especially for this year. Gets more prime offensive minutes. I'm surprised that Gardiner has 0 shots in 5 games so far this year.

Looked over Gardner's stats and couldn't find many reasons to choose him over Suter in your format.

Suter for sure. Someone dropped Grdiner in my keeper league and he is still in FA......Toronto socred 25 goals in 5 games so far and Gardiner is doing nothing. He also has 0 sog!

Have to go with Suter even though both are the secondary option (Dumba, Rielly), Suter will see more PP minutes
