Wow this is a great comparable. Obviously I am Canucks fan so the tie breaker for me would be him playing on my team. Hmm I dunno two bad teams that should be getting better, Arizona a little ahead but that market for me will always hold them back. That and Petterson plays for Canadian Team which means he will get more hype throughout his career on a team that ain't afraid to spend money, I am going Petterson.

I have both so I don't have to choose... but Keller should have the best value right now... but the hype on Pettersson is just so incredible... there is no right or wrong answer now...

i think Pettersson is over-hyped atm. If you are trying to get one of the 2 in trade i would target Keller as he will come cheaper. If you are drafting, draft Pettersson as his value is higher and i believe you can flip him for Keller + atm.
But when its all set and done they should be quite similar players, Marner level.

this is a pretty good synopsis. Now, Pettersson is overhyped because he has started his career the way he left SEL - hot. Now has 3g 3a in 3gp. Keller's 0pts (well, Arz hasn't scored a goal in their 2gp period) probably (smoke and mirrors) lowers his value - due to hypercharged poolies overvaluing hot/cold starts (remember, we're on day 8 of the season)..Originally Posted by Belexus75

You can’t go wrong with either one! If you can get any of these 2, you are lucky! It’s just crazy that almost everyone is choosing Pettersson with 3 games played! I have to admit that he’s been very impressive and I jump on the train and go Pettersson!!

Tough one...I agree with the view that Keller is likely easier to acquire, if Petterson is being sold it's high.
When all else is equal in fantasy go with the winger, Keller also has multiple position eligibility if I'm not mistaken

Wow.. I wasn't expecting so many Pettersson responses over Keller. I currently own Keller, and was looking into Pettersson. The Pettersson owner wants far more today than yesterday.
I'd be looking at either,
Keller + Galchenyuk for Pettersson
Or without Pettersson I was offered,
W. Nylander + Foegele/Heinen for Keller
I wouldn't swap both Keller + Galch for Pettersson. What about that 2nd offer? Without Pettersson? Or do I stand pat on Keller.

talk about trying to cash in on the hype! Move on, keep what you have. That's the difference between 6pts in 3gp and 1pt in 3gp. Very easily - totals reversed you would be asking for Petterson & a larger + than Galchenyuk to move Keller. We'll see who's where come seasons end.
