Best web site/app for box scores

I'm frustrated with Yahoo, TSN, NHL, ESPN for various reasons. TSN, for example, takes too long to load. ESPN, I can't see other scores when looking at a box score. Sportsnet, I gave up on a few years ago because it was always trying to load videos.

So I'm looking for a place where I can see box scores quickly while also seeing other scores. Any one has a really good site/app they use?

I'm looking for a new site too...ESPN was my favourite but they went and messed with it just like everything else they do NHL-wise. It's still probably the best one for me right now though, as a lot of the other ones are missing things. TSN for instance doesn't list how many goals the goal scorer has on the year on the full scores page, whereas SN doesnt even show the goal scorer's names on the main scores page. It's like they forget people play fantasy hockey.

I use the Score app for all sports. Their customization tools are great and it works very smoothly on the latest iOS.

It works well on Android as well. I do wish it rotated to landscape a bit faster and had more college basketball teams (due to the sheer number of college teams where I am from) to pick from, but that's about it.

Oh man. I feel you. I am having a hard time on mobile finding descent box scores. I hope an answer comes from this thread.

I have become so accustomed to the Yahoo Sports app, but man sometimes there's such a delay on it refreshing.

I'll turn a game on and see it's 1-0 but the app has no stats for like 10 minutes sometimes.

What kind of customization can you do with the Score app?

I'm also with Scores app and was with Yahoo before
I don't know for the other apps, but we can add your fantasy players and "push" a notification when your player have a point.

I'm streaming my hockey game on my computer and I got the Scores notification before I see it during the game...

For websites, I used to use Yahoo, but this year it has been horrible. I can't get the box scores to load. Since the season started, I haven't found another website I like. I've tried them all (TSN, NHL, etc.). I'm not happy.

On my phone, I've used the Score app the last few years, but this year it has been acting oddly. I used to be able to customize it to only show NHL scores (I don't care about any other sport scores), but this year my customizations aren't saving. I used to be able to order the scores so that NHL was at the top (I can't do that any longer) and hide other sports (but I can't do that either). I'm going to uninstall and re-install the app to see if that helps.

It's ESPN for me, not their app but their scoreboard. At least in the game scores you can see extended stats (hits, blocks, toi, etc etc).

Is anyone else having issues on Yahoo Sports where you can't actually get to the boxscore? Whenever I try to click on a game it's like I'm just clicking on a picture (i.e., doesn't load any new pages)

Yup, same here.

It's been hit or miss with me lately, not sure if it has anything to do with the iOS update or not, just spit-balling.

I delete and re-install it every once and awhile and that seems to help.

yeap...I mentioned this earlier in the thread. This used to be my go-to website for boxscores.
