I know its a long season but some guys have been dropped into free agency and Id like to make some moves as my defence is really weak IMO. Not saying free agency is any better but hoping that other members will be dropping some Defence after a slow start and I can bank on that but any of the FA defence you would take over what I have?

I agree with MounD, for this year, Suter is the safest pick. But i think Chabot has way more upside than Parayko and he’s guaranteed to run the PP.

I'd drop Petry and add Suter. Depending how many keepers you can have I would add Chabot and drop Klefbom, and possible Heiskanen for Theodore but that may be a wash. Heiskanen has looked very good so far this season but it's early on and we will see how he can handle the rigors of a lengthy season.

Suter is the easy add for any of theodore, Petry, or porayko. I'm not so sure theodore gets close to 50 this year as forecasted in the above post. Id strongly consider replacing one more of the 3 with Chabot.

man... Petry needs some respect. he's going to give you 40+pts, #1PP time for the next 3 months.
I would def. add Suter - and drop Parayko. easily the best drop option. just look at PP time for the other Dmen. It becomes clearer.
