HELP - 1 year multi-cat league WILL REP WHERE I CAN

Hey all, I'll be selecting 10th out of 12 teams in a one year multi-cat head to head league.

Who should I target with that pick (and the 15th pick as well)? Would picking Buff and Hedman be a good strategy at those picks?

Scoring is as follows:

Forwards/Defensemen Stat Categories: Goals (G), Assists (A), Points (P), Plus/Minus (+/-), Penalty Minutes (PIM), Powerplay Points (PPP), Shots on Goal (SOG), Hits (HIT) ***let's assume it's a standard point system, since I'm not entirely sure***

Goaltenders Stat Categories: Wins (W), Goals Against Average (GAA), Save Percentage (SV%), Shutouts (SHO)

Roster Positions: C, C, LW, LW, RW, RW, D, D, D, D, Util, Util, G, G, BN, BN, BN, BN, IR, IR+

I don't like the idea of picking 2 D-men with your first 2 picks(2 d-men with top 15picks) We don't know whos gonna be available at 12th and 15th.. but you can target players like Matthews, Tavares, Pastrnak, Hall, Benn, Wheeler, Stamkos.

Yup - too early for Buff and Hedman. Either go best available forward (perhaps Benn or Wheeler?) or Burns or Karlsson if they're still around.

if you can get Benn at 10 i would jump all over it....same with Wheeler at 15,...if you land both of those you are off to great start. I think Karlssons +- shoudl improve a lot in SJ and he shoudl be very good get early on as well.

If all 3 are gone soemone like Schenn and/or Trocheck is not bad pick either , they are both studs in multicat.

I love Wheeler, but his injury history scares me a little. Anything can happen by the time it gets to but will definitely keep this in mind.

I wouldn't go two Dmen .. one perhaps. In the first 4 rounds I always aim for a stud F, G, D - give me a cornerstone at each position. You can find good multi-cat Dmen later in the draft - while stocking up on elite point producing forwards early - Petry 35+pts 170hit/block/sog - Provorov won't go in the first 5 rounds ---

You can probably get Ghost/Klingberg in the 3rd round - you won't miss Karlsson or Hedman that much at all.

Nice list, I’d probably shoot for Wheeler over Stammer but I like it. I’m now hoping I can get Karlsson in the 2nd round.
