    Columbus has a rough first half, but awesome second half to get them into the playoffs. Upsets the defending champs in the first round.
    NJ falls back down to earth as Hall doesn't win the Hart (or come close) this season. Carolina's goaltending is still their Achilles heel.
    Philly upsets Pittsburgh in the first round, on the back of Carter Hart, who took over as the starter mid-season (OK that one's a long shot!).
    Columbus over Philly in the 2nd round.

    CENTRAL
    Winnipeg - President's Trophy
    Dallas
    St. Louis
    Nashville
    Colorado
    Minnesota
    Chicago

    Winnipeg is awesome from beginning to end. Dallas and St. Louis rebound and have really good seasons. Dallas wins in the first round, then lose to Winnipeg.
    It's a really long season in Chicago. Worse team in the conference.

    PACIFIC
    San Jose
    Edmonton
    Vegas
    Arizona
    Calgary
    Los Angeles
    Anaheim
    Vancouver

    Edmonton rebonds, but San Jose has too much firepower and wins the division, but they will meet in the 2nd round and Edmonton will pull off the upset. McDavid and Talbot are men on a mission all season long, winning the Hart and Vezina trophies.
    Arizona steals a playoff spot from Calgary in the last few days of the season.
    Age and injuries really harm Anaheim. Vegas is still good, but not great.


    CONFERENCE FINALS

    Tampa over Columbus, fairly convincingly.
    Edmonton over Winnipeg in 7.

    STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS - Tampa Bay Lightning.
