Draft tomorrow night - I'll Rep

I'm picking 11th, out of 14 team, it's a keeper league so every team has 4 keepers + a rookie carry-over, so our draft is anyone else.

Based on my format, who would you target of these guys? These are some of the guys in the draft:

C - E Staal, Couturier, Carter, Larkin, Horvat, Toews, Reinhart
LW - E Kane, W Karlsson, Landeskog, Pacioretty, Kovalchuk, Tkachuk, JVR
RW - Pavelski, Radulov, Arvidsson, Hornqvist, Granlund, Miller, Palmieri
D - Carlson, Gostisbehere, Big Buff, Doughty, Jones, Subban, Klingberg, Josi
G - Vasilevskiy, Andersen, Bobrovsky, Rinne, Holtby, Quick

Rookies: Svechnikov (Car), Zadina, Dahlin.

I don't expect Svechnikov to be around when I pick, and my league is obviously forward heavy in terms of keepers.

Who are the guys you would target from each list? I want to add, Boeser is my rookie carry-over, but basically I'll be drafting a new rookie this year and signing Boeser after 18/19. That's how it works in my league, can sign the rookie as long as you have room, and I will since I'll have Kop expiring.

Top choice in each group for me would be Carter, Pac, Radulov, Vas. Any defenseman, gun to head Klingberg

No concerns with Vas after he had a poorer 2nd half last year? Hellebuyck got kept in my league, so Vas and Andersen will be high on people's radars I'm sure.

I'd try to get Vas, Bob or Andersen. One of them should still be there.

I'm big on Vas and Rinne, and if I get Rinne I'd make sure to get Saros too since he's the future and could see say 30 starts this year.

Goaltending is deep, with everyone but Hellebuyck available, so Rinne, Vasilevskiy, Holtby, Quick, Rask, Bobrovsky, Andersen, Jones. You've also got Dubnyk, Gibson, Murray, etc but I'm not as big on them, and same as Fleury in Vegas, even though the team will probably be strong again.

Same deal with D, Carlson, Gostisbehere, Big Buff, Doughty, Jones, Subban, Klingberg, Josi, Krug, Hamilton, Pietrangelo, Provorov, OEL, Barrie, Dumba, Dahlin, etc. Left off Letang because I'm not a huge fan as he's hurt a lot.
