NHL salary cap, dynasty. CATS: G/A/PPP/SOG/PIM/HIT/FOW/SHTOI
looking to shave some cap since I?m tight and I?m pretty deep at wing. Also in a contention window. My Toffoli and Barbashev for Staal. Should I take it? Obvious expectation of Staal regression and it makes my team older, but helps with FOW? Also maybe selling low on Toffoli after his last season. Help?! Thanks!

Staal as well here for at least another 1-2 years.. Toffoli will be steady but Staal is the better player right now.

Staal is a stud. No signs of slowing down at all. He's a special player. If you are in contention, this could be the player who puts you over the top.
