Help a newbie with Week 3 lineup

Hey guys, still learning, looking for some help on lineup decisions for this week:

QB: Garoppolo vs KC or Matt Ryan vs NO - Really tough choice, I want to go with Jimmy here but leaving Matt Ryan's 31.68 fantasy pts on the bench last week hurt

WR: 2 spots plus Flex - Cooks vs LAC, Woods vs LAC, Jones Jr vs NE, Will Fuller V vs NYG, Garcon vs KC - Leaning towards Cooks, Jones Jr and Fuller here but Garcon vs KC is enticing too.

RB: 2 spots - Johnson vs CHI, Howard vs ARZ, White vs DET - I'm really leaning towards Howard and White here as they have both been productive for me so far. But it's awfully hard to leave the third overall pick this year on the bench.

Alternatively I could dress 3 RBs but that still leaves a tough decision on which WR to leave out in that case. Also, I feel like in general it seems better to dress a WR in the flex position but that's from very limited experience over the first two weeks of the season.

QB - Ryan for sure, the Saints D is swiss cheese.
WR - I'd go Cooks & Jones
RB - DJ is an auto start no matter the matchup. I'd go Howard as the 2nd, the Pats spread the ball way too much for my liking when it comes to picking WR/RBs.
Flex - I would honestly go Woods here. Potentially the highest scoring game of the weekend with 2 high powered offenses (sure the Rams D will get stops, but Rivers is $$) Plus he's targeted more than your other options.
