Easily Talbot. Basically wins only. Last year was basically Talbot's floor. He plays too many games to not rack up 30 wins. Allen doesn't play nearly as many games and generally has been disappointing throughout his career so far considering the team in front of him.

Considering goalies against and wins are team stats - I'd go with Allen. They're really close for me, but Allen has the better team in front.
