I agree here. You need wingers. The goalies on your list are all comparable, although not high on Allen. I go wing wing goalie goali. Steer clear of all centers!

I'm glad you guys talked me out of taking Backstrom first round. It was a dumb idea that was hard to turn down, until you all helped. I don't think I'd go for two goalies that early unless there's a run (only one starting slot per night), but I definitely need to take one early. Probably in the 6.

The guy with first overall wants to trade me Bishop AFTER the draft for a couple pick upgrades next year. Would you guys prefer Bishop over all the names on the list I gave in the first post? Thanks!

Tank and ghost would be my 2,3 pick, then a goalie and then hubs maybe if available

I would go with Dubnyk, then Fleury. And I don't think Bishop is a substantial upgrade on either of them in this format.

Thanks! While I think there's a chance Voracek outpoints Tarasenko, I think there's a decent chance I can grab Voracek in the second, while Tarasenko will for sure go early.

Still think Dubnyk wins more than Allen, Fleury or Smith?

Also, no Krug on that list? Do you think Carlson and Barrie have better seasons?

1-If you sure you can grab Voracek so far, then pick him late and get Tarasenko/Marchessault/Huberdeau who all have the same upside
2- Sure, Dubnyk has a great team in front of him. In second I'd go with Fleury since the knights will probably rule the league once again.
3- I do think Carlson and Barrie will outpoint Krug.
See both going for 65-70 range while Krug goes for 60-65 (still real good tough).

I'd really like Andersen because he plays on so many off nights. Would be easy to fit any other goalie in with him. The other goalies I think are like this the most are Gibson (someone's keeper) and Smith (can probably grab in the 3rd round if need be).

Given he has two goalies, and you have a crap load of picks, I'd offer him your 2nd overall + a sweetener for his first pick (Andersen). It would seem like a win-win for you, and presumably you can afford it with all your picks...

No luck on getting him to trade first overall. He tanked hard to get it and wants to keep it.

If I'm you, I'd take Gostisbehere & Andersen (if he's there). If no Andersen, definitely a wing, and I'd use the rest of my first round picks on wings, unless there's one goalie left at 12 that you think is clearly better than the others.

The issue with those goalies is how likely are they to be healthy & have a good team in front of them. Fleury & Allen have injury issues; Allen also has crap-the-bed issues. Talbot should rebound, Smith should be mostly fine, and Dubnyk is pretty safe. I'd lean towards Dubnyk of that group. If you see only Allen there at 12, I'd pass, and take another winger. Allen should slide to round 2. I'm not sure how much more I like Allen than say, Lundqvist.

Thanks! Yeah, I think you guys have helped me settle on Ghost & Andersen (if available) or Tarasenko with my first two, another good winger or a goalie at 6, and whatever position I don't take at 6, at 12. You guys rock!
