IR goalies. Who will be ready?

According to Yahoo the following goalies are all out. Who will be ready to start the season and how would you rank the list?

Crawford -OUT
Lundqvist-OUT
Varlamov-OUT
Allen-OUT
Schneider-OUT
Elliott-OUT
Miller-Out
Lehtonen-NA

Most of those designations are left over from the end of last season and will likely be changed over the next week. Otherwise,

Crawford is dealing with lingering concussion issues and could potentially miss anywhere from none to all of next season. I don't know what to tell you.

Schneider had hip surgery in the offseason and at this point it seems likely he'll miss at least a few games to start the season. That could change though.

Allen was covered bu Pit Bulls and Lehtonen doesn't have a job anywhere but I expect the other guys ready to start the season barring Elliott getting one of his injuries in early.
