Tarasenko. Pretty damn safe floor and probably higher ceiling than Rantanen.
Considering making one of these studs my first pick in the draft. Who would you rather own this season?

Tank for sure. He had a down year and should be back in form. Rantanen had an amazing year but will probably regress. He is also dependant on Mack whereas Tank is the guy that drives production for the Blues.
With shots, hits, and hat tricks as categories I think it's pretty easily Tarasenko. Make this points only and it's definitely a discussion.
Goalies: If I'm pickin em you best be sittin em!
Tarasenko for me. I think he'll get back into the 70 pt range this season, and hopefully flirt with 40 goals again. I would not be surprised to see some regression from the Colorado top line. On top of that you're looking at roughly 300 SOG while Rantanen hasn't exactly shown he's a volume shooter.
Thanks for the replies. I knew this at heart but I think what concerned me was Tarasenkos offseason surgery. Rantanen really surprised me last season, as so Mack.
Tarasenko pretty easily. I think Rantanen had his career year last year.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

Tank now. Massive shooter compared to Rantanen. If Rantanen can show last year wasn’t a fluke, I’d consider it closer.

I like Rantanen a whole lot, but with your categories you gotta go with Tarasenko here. You've got SOG and Goal-based categories in which Tank should really excel.

Another vote for Tank!
As much as I love Rantanen the more proven commodity is Tarasenko, for now at least. If Rant can go PPG again then the conversation could change but right now Tank is safer.

Rantanen for me, Mackinnon will go up and he'll follow
Tarasenko. St. Louis had a great offseason, a lot of people are high on them. Tarasenko also holds more name value in the trade market I would think.
