You're too kind! I had like 8 guys on IR in Dec/Jan, including Andersen and now my team is mostly healthy and guys like Tarasenko are actually starting to produce. Kane's playing like a man possessed and Hart's been a nice help in keeping my goalie starts filled.
Injuries are the biggest key - avoid 'em and you're gold. Get hit with a few and it's down in flames you go.
And yes, I'm headed for my worse Iron League finish EVER!

Always nice & simple trade talking with dooley - kudos man!
Hope you can gain a few points in HIT, BLK... without it being leapfrogging me!!!
Getting goalie starts has been absolutely AGONIZING for me this year.
I've been starting Chad "Partial Game" Johnson recently. My effin dear - that's just painful.
The guy doesn't even know where he's supposed to be...
Very difficult in a 13-team league the way some teams draft... {pout pout fish}
If I can just find a 2nd team tandem, maybe I can throw back my scraggly back-ups to the pond so we can all feel like goalie starts aren't something being held for ransom...

Marchessault has not been doing what I hoped and the fact that he isn't drawing face off wins to any great extent made him (largely) expendable. The Boston duo has the potential to help me across the board in goalie stats where I should hopefully make up a few points (although I don't think I can move much either way in wins). Some other really good offers came my way but most included me giving up a centre which would have left a large hole in my lineup. I have no chance of winning this but will compete until the end.
Kreidle Hands to date:
Total Skater Points - 30/130
Total Goalie Points - 47/52
Probably too little too late but let's see if shipping out Price/Rask/Halak for Marchand/Marchessault brings me any luck.
What an awful season for me. At this point, if I can even get close to the group in front of me, I'll be happy.
Without me, it's only "aweso".
Correction. We're now all in your rear-view mirror (KiY excepted) watching you make this run Peng.
If I had a March of the Peng"win's" GIF I'd most certainly be posting it now.
With some added trade action taking place... me thinks we're in for a banner finish to the Horror Show this year!

It's gonna be interesting with the four team battle at the top.
KiY has the strongest team... but that doesn't always win this league.
If other GMs manage like me, they are constantly looking at the top team and determining where they can catch them and flip two points.
I had several GMs offer me decent HIGH-END-GOALIE for my HIGH-END-SKATER... but I had to decline all and say "I can't trade my scoring, I've got to beat Kings in Yellow there."
And it's true.
I have to hold Assists over LOTR.
I have to flip Points on LOTR.
In truth, that gives all of us at the top a chance to win... but I'm part of the "all" - so, yeah, it's self-serving - as fantasy hockey GMs should be.
The hard point will be going scoring-heavy while keeping my peripherals.
I've had to let HIT/BLK slip a bit while I focus on scoring.
Now I've lost 2 standings points in HIT... and about to lose 2 standings point in BLK.
[I do have to thank Evander Kane for his recent 31pim tantrum... that's a cozy enough lead there where I can lay off PIM in my player-picks.]
Gonna be a micro-managing-frenzy for all of us this year.
Possibly the best finish ever.
I think the league has had monster 2-team battles... and I was part of a 3-teamer one year...
But I don't think we've ever had FOUR teams with a realistic shot to win this late in season.
Time to get Dreadful!
I finally got some desperately needed forwards (good ones too) but, it's much too late!
McElhinney has put up 3 almost shut-out wins since that "Dreadful" trade so moving another G was tough - I must have sent 30+ trade offers involving goalies, my apologies if it was too much for some of you lol
I don't think I'll drop more than 1 point in wins, the other categories are going to be very tight as I still want some saves, ideally a couple points in some offensive categories would be nice - just trying to improve my overall finish and I think this will help!
Go Schneider!!!
