PK Subban vs Barrie

Hi everyone. Just wondering who would be better to have in a points only keeper pool? Who do you think will getvthe most points this coming year? For the next 3 years?

Barrie IMO. He's got less competition on his own blueline for icetime and points, he's younger, and he's got undeniable chemistry with MacKinnon and Rantanen. With health he could put up as much as 65pts this season.

Agreed this is a very close one. I would probably keep Subban but that would just be out of personal preference tbh. Barrie works very well in the system that Colorado runs. I would probably say that Subban is likely the safer play just because you know he's a bit more consistent. Barrie is a bit more of the guy who could give you +5 points but could also give you -10

Barrie for me - he's "the guy" whereas Subban, although very solid, is one of several capable point producers

I still like Subban slightly more in points only. But tbh year to year it's hard to guess who will outpoint the other.

This is a very tough choice. It's a flip of a coin really. If I had to choose I think I'd go with PK because his name carries a bigger trade value than Barrie.

PK for me because I am a fan, but at the end of the day it is a coin toss. Only so many points to go around in Nashville even though PK is the superior talent IMO.
