Does that mean I may get promoted to Tier 1 if those guys don't return, since I was runner up in Tier 2 last year? I may have to step up my prep work

That is correct. The way the tiers are listed in the very first message is how the standings were last year. So yes, you would be promoted.

My Game plan. Tier 1 will have 8 participants no matter what. So below is what will happen with each # of particpants

13 - 5 teams in Tier 2 will draft 6 rounds snake draft. Two teams will be undrafted

14 - 6 teams in Tier 2, will draft 5 rounds. Order will be (1-6) (6-1) (6-1) (1-6) (6-1) This is to ensure the team that gets first pick also gets the last pick and vice versa. 2 teams will be undrafted

15 - 7 teams in Tier 2, will draft 4 rounds and 4 teams will be undrafted

16 - 8 Teams in Tier 2 will draft same as Tier 1.

17 < Very optomistic... if we get there we will see what we will do. We MIGHT split into 3 groups of 6,6,5...6,6,6 and so on.

I have updated the tiers based on not hearing back from the 'returnees' after the last call PM was sent out.

These returnees can still get into the pool, but I assume if I have not heard back from the PM sent Monday AND the PM sent yesterday that they are likely not going to be readily available to complete the draft in time for the games to start.

Would love to fill up Tier 2 if we could!

Instead you picked a team who's division (besides the Steelers) had like 16wins between 3 teams lol. I think you made the informative choice between Packs and Steelers.

I think the Packers division is gonna be roughly the same as last yr I think. But Trubinsky and the Lions new run game might be enough to squeak a couple more wins out of them. But are they really gonna be that much better than the Packers? I dunno. Big question is who are we picking with the 2nd round?! Lots of 8-8 potential teams in that mix
