GUDAS vs JOHNS and McLEOD vs DESLAURIERS vs HATHAWAY

Looking to fill the last few slots... 1D and 1W for the team in my signature.

I have 4.28 to spend between them... or 4.85 if I stash Greenway (1.26) in the minors and keep Evan Rodrigues (.65)

I'm thinking GUDAS (3.35) or JOHNS (2.25)... or possibly FOLIN (.8)... for my last D.

And one of McLEOD (.75), DESLAURIERS (.95), or HATHAWAY (.85) for the wing.

I need PIM more than HITS as I have guys who hit throughout my lineup but, then again, I don't want to roster someone who is rarely in the lineup.

Thoughts?

Questions I am asking myself:
1. Is Rodrigues worth keeping around for his low AAV even with Skinner bumping him down?
2. Will Hathaway or Folin earn a spot?
3. Does McLeod play hockey?

PS... while I'm looking at physical guys here... DZINGEL (1.8) is still available as well, which I can afford if I take Johns over Gudas.

So you'd take Deslauriers over Dzingel?

With Greenway up and Johns as my 7th D... I can still afford him with my last spot. Not that I'm a huge fan or anything.

Then again, I do like locking down my peripherals.

Meh, I'm not big on Dzingel. Depends on if Deslaurier gets a regular role in MTL or not. If he's not playing every game, definitely Dzingel.

Gudas is on his way out of Philly. We love the style of his game, but the young D are coming in waves, and many are physical. I'd lean towards Johns there.

I like Rodrigues a decent amount, and he's dirt cheap. However, EB has a ton of cap league experience, so I'd defer to his judgement.

Johns was a keeper for me, so I like him quite a bit. And I'm excited about Greenway. I'm going to keep him in the minors until the season starts so I can hold onto both Rodrigues and Folin as long as possible. Not sure I have room for either but I want to keep them in case I end up trading Wilson.
