Why Hague is not on the top 50 prospects D? His skating has improve this year and look at his stats...35 goals!! What do you guys think about him?

His skating has improved and he had a monster D+1 year. He's getting high praise from management. We'll know more after camp.
"We look at our 2017 draft as effectively having four first-round picks with Nic Hague being available in the second round," said Vegas assistant GM Kelly McCrimmon. "We had him projected to go much higher, but the season he had [in 2017-18] we feel puts him right into the discussion with Brannstrom, Glass and Suzuki."
He'll be in the A next year and might get a cup of coffee or two. He's also behind lefties Shea, Nate, and Braydon as well as Brannstrom. I think this is the begining of the hype train through and Hague's stock is gonna continue to rise. I'm also a biased owner.

Get him while you can. He's worth the snatch-N-stash. Bazooka from the point and extremely high, offensive ceiling. Skating an issue, however this is not uncommon with big, lanky dudes. If he can fix this area a bit, he'll eventually get a shot with VGK or someone else in a deadline trade.
