Drai, Laine, Pasta, Giroux/Kuz, Karlsson, Murray - are the 6 I would go with, and trade whoever got me the better pick of Giroux/Kuz.
This way you keep your second rounder too.
A lot in this post, wrote it as much to organize my thoughts as to get feedback. Our keeper league format is changing drastically next year so looking to get opinions on what my best set of keepers would be going into JUST NEXT SEASON.
I have some trades lined up and wondering which ones to pull the trigger on. My sig has my league settings and scoring. Below are the sets of keepers I would be left with under various scenarios.
In all situations i am keeping Erik Karlsson and Matt Murray so just including the forwards and possible other D slot
Can get Klingberg or Giroux for the same second round pick or can package up tarasenko and forsberg and come away with giroux and Pasta, with still that second to pick up klingberg if need be
Rank these options
1: Tarasenko, Laine, Forsberg, Kuznetsov,
2: Tarasenko, Laine, Forsberg, Klingberg
3: Tarasenko, Laine, Kuznetsov, Klingberg
4: Pasta, Laine, Giroux, Kuznetsov
5: Pasta, Laine, Giroux, Klingberg

I think a lot about Klingberg will still come down to where Karlsson goes. Option 4 for me. Giroux > Forsberg. Pasta = Tank slight diff either way.
I like option 3 the most.

Of your options, I like #4 best. If Karlsson goes to Dallas, then Klingberg takes a huge hit. Yes, there are a lot of ifs in that last statement, but because you need to act with the information you presently have, I'd eliminate that risk.
I prefer 4 or 5 over 1-3. The "Tarasenko is gonna be great" ship has sailed, whereas Pasta is just getting rolling.

Pasta, Laine, Giroux, Kuzy. Love the way that looks alongside Karlsson for D and Murray. Tank is not the way to go in my opinion, his fantasy value never lives up to the hype his name provides. I would 100% rather have Pasta.

If you're only keeping 4 and it's for just next season, I'd want to keep no centres at all and that would be the primary consideration for me. In a leave where only 32 players are kept (8 teams x 4 keepers), the only centre I would keep is McDavid. There will be lots of good Cs available in the draft but the quality of top wingers drops off pretty quickly.
Provided Giroux has LW eligibility, that's option #2 or #5. I'd stay away from the rest. I think both those options are pretty close.
Thanks for the help folks, I am interested to see how folks are high on Kuz and pasta, I was leaning towards forsberg because the draft looks to be light on LW but I really appreciate all the feedback.
