yeah, I'd be going Dahlin, Zadina, Tkachuk with those picks and those settings. Wahlstrom would be my other consideration at #4. His offensive upside is higher than Tkachuk's - Tkachuk brings more peripheral coverage.
Last season I traded to get a couple guys firsts. Got lucky in the lotto and now have first third and fourth overall pick.
1. Is dahlen the automatic number 1 in a league with my settings?
2. Would tkchuck be the fourth?
I see it going dahlen/svechkinov then zadina.
Whatcha think?

Dahlen>>>Svechikniov/Zadina>Tkachuk
Dahlen is that good, he'll mature faster then most of the D men out there, he's got the size of Hedman and the hands of Karlsson...kid is going to be nuts.
Svec/Zadina should be good if you need A/Gs and Tkachuk like previously said perifs.
Whatcha think about Oliver whalstrom instead of tkchuck. Less multicat but more scoring upside?

Dahlin, Zadina, and Tkachuk. I’ll try to explain each choice.
Dahlin ... Since you have three early picks and you are going to come away with two very high-end Forwards, I think you’re more than justified in giving the slight edge to Dahlin ahead of Svechnikov. To put it simply, Dahlin is the best D prospect we have seen in at least several years and he will be a franchise cornerstone within a couple seasons. Big minutes right out of the gate with some talented scoring options. Easy choice for me, given the picks you own.
Zadina ... Assuming Svechnikov goes #2 you wanna use this pick on the highest offensive upside F available to you, and that is going to be Zadina. Rumors and rumblings say he could stick with the big club as soon as this season, and he is probably going to get the 9 games cup of coffee at least. Incredible scorer and will definitely help you with goals / shots. Just a great prospect, and one who actually has some chance to stick in the NHL right away. Imagine him with Zetterberg year 1, and then aside a budding superstar Larkin for the long term.
Tkachuk ... I would take Tkachuk here over the bulk-shooting Wahlstrom in this situation because with your categories in a ROTO setup, I’d wager that Tkachuk is going to be a dominant force across many categories. Plus, considering the team that drafted him there is a good chance he could be an NHL regular this season. The decision will ultimately come down to what’s best for his long-term development, but Ottawa could really use the help basically everywhere on their roster. He’s going to be a multi-cat stud and likely a team leader for the new wave of the Senators.

You're on the right track, but if you're not set on who to take at 4 maybe try and make a deal with the guy who has 5? Move down, let him make your decision for you and get a later round pick or something in return?
