I'd rather have the Hoffman/Klefbom side. Hoffman will do well in Florida with much better linemates and you have to think Klefbom will have a bounce back year. Lindholm should do well in Calgary but I'd stay away from Faulk as he's declined two seasons in a row now.

I heard that Lindholm might play first line (RW?) in Calgary so that would be a great situation. With Faulk right now he has lost his PP1 time to i assume Hamilton so unless hes traded his value takes a hit. I think Hoffman is the best player in this deal and with that top 6 in Florida i think his numbers will sky rocket. Therefore i would take the Hoffman/Klefbom side and gamble on the chance that Klefbom bounces back .

It’s almost like people forgot how much of a prolific shooter Hoffman has been pretty consistently throughout his career. Lining up next to guys like Trocheck, Bjugstad (maybe even Barkov) will do wonders for his production. This could be his best season yet if he can find his way on PP1.

As for Klefbom, I really like his chances for a vastly improved and healthy season in Edmonton. He’s definitely got the inside track on loads of PP1 TOI, and he has shown a nice propensity to pile up the shots — so the signs point to an uptick in the offense. I just drafted Klefbom as my #5D in a brand new multi-cat dynasty league and I’m very excited about his prospects this year.
