I'm also puzzled as to why Coleman gets three years after just one year playing at (maybe) a third-line level. Maybe I'm just out of the loop when it comes to NJ depth forwards...

1.8m is pretty good... he's a key component of NJ's PK - over 2min/game. I expect that role to expand as well (3 - shg as well) Solid 2-way player, The type of depth player teams love on their team.

Beagle & Roussell... seems to be a growing trend.. At least Coleman is 26. 1.8 doesn't handcuff them against the cap in anyway. I mean, Brendan Smith, 4x4.3

I'm good with the term being 3 years. I like the way the guy plays. Teams need legit players in their bottom six.

After digging deeper I get it a lot more now. Coleman plays both center and wing and kills penalties. He wears a lot of hats for the team. So, hats off to them for getting this deal done?
