Im sure he'll get a look. If he makes it, I dont expect much early on but he's worth holding and waiting on. 20-25pts this year.

I doubt he gets a lot of playing time unless he is lights-out during the preseason. The Hawks don't really have a spot for him. They just had to resign Ruuta, Gustafsson, and Manning. Besides those 3 they have Keith, Seabrook, Murphy, and Forsling. So he'd have to clearly beat out a couple 6-7 type dmen. It would probably be best for his development to get 20+ minutes per night in the AHL rather than languishing in Q's doghouse with 10 minutes per night and the occasional scratch because he made a few rookie mistakes.
